Returns Policy

We fully guarantee the quality of all our underwater sports products. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for customers located in the United States.If you are unsatisfied with your received goods, you can apply for return within 30 calendar days after order receipt.

Return Eligibility Rules

Qualified returns must meet all the following requirements:

  • Products remain intact, keep new or like-new condition
  • Complete original packaging, all original accessories, parts and user manuals are fully included

Non-Returnable Situations

  1. Missing original packaging, accessories or accessories incomplete; products with scratches, dents, cracks and other signs of use
  2. Damage or faults caused by improper operation, unauthorized modification, water/sand/dust intrusion and wrong installation
  3. Return application submitted beyond 30-day valid period
  4. Used products affected by water sports usage and daily wear

Important Return Notes

  • A 10% restocking fee will be charged for eligible voluntary returns
  • Customers need to bear return shipping fees for personal reason returns
  • We only cover return shipping cost for products with official manufacturing defects
  • Goods from different orders cannot be packed and returned together
  • Do not send back damaged goods without official guidance from our support team

We will complete inspection and arrange refund within 7 working days after receiving returned items. Funds will be returned via your original payment channel.

Defective Product Handling

If you receive defective or damaged products, please email support@seayootech.com and provide below information:

  • Order invoice number
  • Your full name and delivery address
  • Detailed description and real photos/videos of product faults
  • Relevant logistics damage proof if damaged during transportation

We will verify the issue as soon as possible. For confirmed factory defective items, we provide free replacement service, and cover all round-trip shipping fees.

Special Non-Returnable Items

Built-in power batteries, electric controllers, discounted promotional goods and gift cards are not supported for return and exchange.

Exchange Rules

We do not support direct item exchange. You can apply for return first, then place a new order for your needed products.

Refund Reminder

After return inspection passed, your refund will be initiated immediately. The actual arrival time depends on the processing speed of your bank or payment platform.
