Shipping Information

Once your order is successfully placed, we will confirm your order within 2 business days, and you will receive an order confirmation email with full details.If your tracking status has no updates within 7 working days, please email us at support@seayootech.com for assistance.

Shipment Processing

All orders will be arranged for shipment on working days only. We do not deliver on weekends and public holidays.During peak order seasons, shipments may be slightly delayed. We will notify you by email in advance if there is obvious delivery delay.

Unavailable Delivery Areas

  • US: Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, American Samoa, US Virgin Islands, Northern Mariana Islands and all APO/FPO/DPO military addresses
  • All PO boxes and offshore remote islands
  • Other remote restricted regions

Estimated Delivery Time

Total delivery time = Order processing time + shipping transit time

  • Processing Time: 1–2 business days
  • US: 5–10 business days
  • Australia: 5–10 business days
  • UK: 3–5 business days
  • EU: 5–7 business days

Shipping Fees

  • United States: Free shipping (excluding remote excluded areas)
  • Australia: $65 USD
  • United Kingdom: £120 GBP
  • EU: Sweden & Denmark $250 USD; other EU countries $100 USD

Important Note: Buyers shall be responsible for all local customs duties, import taxes and related clearance fees.
