1. Unit Cannot Power On

  1. Confirm the battery is fully inserted and the lock buckle is securely fastened.
  2. Check the battery level; fully charge the battery if power is low.
  3. Wipe off salt, sand and corrosion on battery metal contacts and air-dry completely.
  4. Batteries stored for a long time may over-discharge, activate it before charging.

2. Insufficient Thrust & Slow Speed

  1. Power off the thruster and clear seaweed, fishing lines or debris tangled on the propeller guard.
  2. Low battery voltage will significantly reduce output power.
  3. Switch to higher speed gears via the wireless remote.
  4. Aged sealing rings or internal water ingress will increase water resistance and weaken thrust.

3. Greatly Shortened Working Runtime

  1. Frequent high-speed operation or cruising against strong currents accelerates power consumption.
  2. Battery capacity fades after long cycles of charging and discharging.
  3. Saltwater residue left on components without flushing causes extra power loss.
  4. Using the thruster before the battery is fully charged.

4. Unresponsive or Disconnected Wireless Remote

  1. Replace the exhausted button battery inside the remote controller.
  2. Keep the remote within 1 meter of the main unit underwater for stable signals.
  3. Clean mud and sediment covering the signal receiver on the backpack housing.
  4. Turn off and restart the thruster to re-pair the remote control.

5. Abnormal Noise & Excessive Vibration While Running

  1. Shut down power right away and remove sand, shells or seaweed trapped in the propeller.
  2. Bent propeller blades will cause violent shaking at high rotation speeds.
  3. Tighten all loose screws of the backpack bracket before each dive.
  4. Worn motor bearings require professional after-sales inspection and replacement.

6. Charging Problems

  1. Check if the charging cable and adapter are properly connected without loose contact.
  2. Clean salt stains and dirt on the charging port and ensure it stays dry before charging.
  3. Stop charging immediately if the battery or charger overheats.
  4. Damaged charging cables cannot transmit power normally and need to be replaced.

7. Water Leakage Warning

  1. Check all rubber sealing gaskets for cracks, deformation or sand residue.
  2. Confirm all housing covers are fully screwed tight before entering water.
  3. Stop using the product once water enters the main unit; contact customer service promptly.
  4. Do not dive beyond the rated waterproof depth of the equipment.

Reminder

If the above methods cannot solve your problem, please stop using the thruster and contact our official after-sales support for professional maintenance.
